Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Owner's Representative/Project Manager for the PG&E Infrastructure division. You will act as the owner's representative, guiding design through construction and closeout while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet safety, schedule, and budget goals.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in large-scale capital projects, with strong contract administration, cost control, and project controls expertise, and travel to multiple PGE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field is required.
• 10+ years of related work experience including design-build general contractor delivering commercial vertical construction and site development projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital projects from design through occupancy.
• Strong experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and project controls.

Job Description: Parsons Corporation is seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Owner's Representative (OR)/ Project Manager (PM) to join our PG&E Infrastructure division. Act as an owner's representative and work directly within the program as part of the client's organization. As an Owner's Representative (OR)/ Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for overseeing the construction management and commercial performance of projects, ensuring they meet goals and objectives.

This role would require a person to travel to multiple PGE sites 3 days a week located in the Sacramento Area.

Position Summary

The Senior Project Manager serves as the owner's representative and is responsible for the successful delivery of complex capital construction projects. This role leads design, construction, contract administration, and project controls activities while managing consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the organization's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from design through construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendor partners.
• Oversee project scope, budget, schedule, risk, and quality performance.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field
• 10+ years of related work experience and experience working for a Design-Build General Contractor delivering commercial vertical construction and site development projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale capital projects from design through occupancy.
• Strong experience managing contractors, consultants, budgets, schedules, and project controls.

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
