The role requires 10+ years in scheduling on major capital projects, extensive owner-side EPC experience, and advanced Primavera P6 skills. Strong communication of schedule risks is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of scheduling experience on major capital projects.
• 5+ years representing an owner or client overseeing EPC delivery under lump-sum contracts.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise.
• Practical experience conducting delay analysis.
• Confident in challenging contractor assumptions and communicating schedule risks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor schedules for logic, sequencing and progress updates.
• Analyze critical paths and float to identify potential delays.
• Assess work package sequencing against milestones.
• Evaluate schedule impact of changes and delay events.
• Verify changes are incorporated into updates and approved baselines.
• Prepare clear reports for project management and senior leadership.
