Stantec is seeking an Owner’s Representative, Project Manager for the design and construction of a mix of higher education, healthcare and institutional projects. Projects range from conceptual planning to occupancy with total costs from $5 Million to $200+ Million.

Based in one office or remote in Savannah, GA to support nearby projects. You will lead design and construction teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and communicate daily with clients and project teams to drive successful

Qualifications

• PM experience in buildings sector (design and construction of healthcare, commercial, and higher education).
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients and field teams.
• Strong skills in scheduling, word processing, presentations and spreadsheets.
• Budget management experience or familiarity with project financials.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and understand construction processes.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple healthcare, higher education, or commercial expansion or renovation projects as an Owner’s Representative.
• Communicate daily with the client and project team.
• Lead the Design Team of Architects, Engineers, and equipment planners.
• Provide day-to-day project oversight and communications.
• Prepare and distribute meeting notes to the project team.
• Lead the Construction Team on behalf of the owner.
• Develop, track, update, forecast and modify the project schedule and budget.
• Review contracts, invoices, and payments to all contractors and vendors.
• Prepare Monthly Reports to Owner.
• Assist in plan reviews and inspections with authorities.
• Negotiate contracts and coordinate move and occupancy activities.
• Review and approve invoices and change orders.
• Evaluate disputes and claims.
• Traditionally reports to project executive or principal.
