Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with a degree in engineering or construction management, or 10+ years without.
• Experience with public infrastructure construction.
• Knowledge of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities for compliance with plans and contract requirements.
• Coordinate between FP&C, designers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Assist in initiating contracts and amendments.
• Review baseline schedules and track critical path.
• Ensure compliance with FP&C requirements.
