CityVet in Charlotte, NC seeks a Veterinarian with an entrepreneurial heart to become an Owner/Partner. You will lead a locally owned clinic with CityVet handling the infrastructure and back-office support so you can focus on medicine and team-building.

You control the care philosophy, shape culture, and drive growth, with a compensation range of $220,000–$300,000+ and ownership that creates real wealth. This role emphasizes independence and collaborative, community-focused practice.
