Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking skilled Owner/Operator Truck Drivers for its Charleston, SC area terminal. You will be responsible for safe, timely freight delivery across designated routes, with daily home time and competitive revenue sharing.

This role offers a strong pay structure, no forced dispatch, light touch freight, and access to company support services, including a 24-hour road service department and discounts with a wide network of truck stops.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months tractor-trailer experience in the last year.
• CDL A required.
• At least 21 years old.
• DOT Compliant 2005 or newer Tractor.
• Clean driving record with proven safe-driving history.
• No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Pass physical/drug screen.
• Criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver freight to designated routes safely and on time.
• Home daily with gross pay up to $650/day.
• Revenue sharing up to 72% of load revenue.
• Payroll settled weekly (Sun–Sat; following Friday).
• No forced dispatch and light touch freight.
