We provide a 24/7 dispatcher team that optimizes routes to maximize weekly revenue, offering flexible full-time or part-time contracts and strong support to help you grow your business.

Qualifications

• Vehicle ownership and DOT compliance are required to maintain safety standards.
• Drivers must be 23 years or older with a clean MVR history for 5 years.
• Rental vehicles are not accepted and must own a van meeting specs.
• On-board equipment includes Straps, E-Tracks, and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Fox Carriers to optimize routes and maximize weekly revenue.
• Work full-time or part-time with flexible contract-based arrangements.
• Operate DOT-compliant 9–15 ft cargo vans and maintain safety standards.
• Get paid for layover, detention, and TONU when plans change.
