Job summary

Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC is hiring Sprinters and Cargo Van owner-operators in the United States. You will operate under an independent contractor agreement and negotiate competitive rates with our dispatchers to maximize earnings while delivering loads.

Candidates must own a Sprinter or cargo van, be 21 or older, speak basic English, and be registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier to accept loads. We do not hire company drivers; you will work as an owner-operator.

Qualifications

• Must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van.
• US citizen, resident, green card holder, or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers should be at least 21 years old.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English.
• Approved and registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier to accept a load.

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement.
• Negotiate rates with dispatchers to maximize earnings.
• Accept loads from Victoria Logistics Carrier and deliver them as assigned.
