Job summary

Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC is seeking Sprinters or Cargo Van owner-operators for regional and national loads. You’ll work under an independent contractor agreement with competitive per-mile rates and pay cycles of 3–5 business days.

Dispatchers bring loads matched to your preferences; ownership of your vehicle and compliance with safety requirements are essential. Minimum 21 years old, speak basic English, and be eligible to work in the US.

Qualifications

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van and operate as an independent owner-operator.
• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Basic English proficiency; Russian speakers are welcome.
• Vehicle compliant with 2016 or newer, PPE and securement equipment, insurance.
• Ability to negotiate rates and work with dispatchers.

Responsibilities

• Accept loads via dispatchers and select preferred loads.
• Ensure timely pickups/deliveries and maintain vehicle compliance.
• Provide required vehicle documents and inform changes before trips.
