VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators under an independent contract agreement with competitive per-mile rates. We offer broker-connected dispatchers and quick pay options.

Loads are plentiful, with Mon-Fri operations and mileage-based pay ranging from $0.85 to $1.55 per mile depending on route and area. You must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van, be at least 21, and legally allowed to work in the US.

Qualifications

• You should own a Sprinter / Cargo Van.
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• Drivers and you must be at least 21 years old.
• You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English.

Responsibilities

• Submit your application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.
• Negotiate rates with dispatchers.
• Accept loads from the company under an independent contract.
