Job summary

Victoria Logistics Carrier LLC is seeking Sprinters/Cargo Van owner-operators in the United States. You will operate under an independent contractor agreement, choosing personalized loads and negotiating competitive rates with dispatchers.

Dispatched loads are plentiful, with payments in 3–5 business days and 3% quick pay. Drivers must be 21+, own a Sprinter/Cargo Van, and meet basic English requirements; company drivers are not hired.

Qualifications

• You must have your own Sprinter / Cargo Van.
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
• You and your drivers must be at least 21 years old.
• You and your drivers must speak, understand, and read basic English.
• All drivers must be approved and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load.
• This company does not hire company drivers; you sign an independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.

Responsibilities

• Accept loads from VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER as an owner-operator.
• Negotiates rates with dispatchers and accepts loads based on preferences.
• Maintain compliance with vehicle and insurance requirements.
