VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is hiring Sprinters/Cargo Van owner-operators in the United States. We offer independent contractor agreements with competitive rate cards and quick pay terms, along with a large volume of loads and experienced dispatchers.

Applicants must own a Sprinter or Cargo Van and meet basic eligibility criteria. Rates vary by route and area; long miles and good regions pay up to $1.35 per mile, with Canadian runs available.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle (Sprinter / Cargo Van)
• US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization
• Driver and owner-operator age 21+
• Able to speak/read basic English; Russian speakers welcomed
• Must be approved/registered with Victoria Logistics Carrier as owner-operator

Responsabilités

• Accept loads and negotiate rates with dispatchers
• Operate as independent contractor under written agreement
• Maintain vehicle compliance and safety for loads
• Follow company dispatch instructions and load schedules
