Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinters and Cargo Van owner-operators to join our team under an independent contractor agreement. We offer competitive rates and flexible load opportunities with experienced dispatchers.

Applicants must own a Sprinter or cargo van, be at least 21, speak basic English (Russian speakers welcome), and be prepared to work with our registered drivers under company guidelines. Monthly earnings start around $8,000+, depending on work and vehicle.

Qualifications

• You own a Sprinter or cargo van.
• You are a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorized.
• You and your drivers are at least 21 years old.
• You and your drivers speak, understand, and read basic English; Russian speakers are also hired.
• All drivers must be approved, accepted and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load.
• You are submitting an independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator under an independent contractor agreement.
• Negotiate rates with dispatchers.
• Coordinate loads and ensure vehicle compliance (registration/insurance).
• Follow safety and PPE requirements for all loads.
