Job summary

VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking owner-operators with Sprinter/Cargo Van to haul loads under an independent contractor agreement. Dispatchers have broker contacts to secure a large number of loads.

Competitive rates are offered: $0.85–$1.35 per mile (long miles, good areas) and $0.85–$1.10 per mile in tougher zones; Canada loads for Sprinters at $1.25–$1.55 per mile. Payment in 3–5 business days; quick pay 3%.

Qualifications

• Must own Sprinter/Cargo Van and operate as independent contractor.
• US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization.
• Driver and co-driver must be at least 21 years old.
• Speak/read basic English; Russian speakers also considered.

Responsibilities

• Operate as owner-operator under the independent contractor agreement.
• Coordinate loads with Victoria Logistics Carrier dispatchers.
• Meet vehicle and safety requirements (PPE, straps, registration, insurance).
