Victoria Logistics Carrier is hiring Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators under an independent contractor agreement. We offer competitive rates and a large number of loads with dispatchers who have 4+ years of broker contacts for reliable freight.

Rates range from $0.85 to $1.55 per mile depending on route, with payments in 3-5 business days. Minimum average monthly earnings start at $8,000, and drivers can earn more with mileage and favorable loads.

Qualifications

• Must own Sprinter or cargo van.
• US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization.
• Drivers and applicants must be 21+ and able to read/understand basic English.
• Independent contractor agreement as owner-operator.

Responsibilities

• Accept loads from Victoria Logistics Carrier as an owner-operator.
• Negotiate and select loads with dispatchers; maintain compliance and safety.
