VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER is seeking Sprinters / Cargo Van owner-operators for independent contractor work. You will be part of a network with experienced dispatchers and access to loads across our system.

We offer competitive rates, broker contacts, fast payment (3–5 business days) and a range of loads. Applicants must own a vehicle, be at least 21, and legally eligible to work in the US; English is required with Russian speakers also hired.

Qualifications

• Own a Sprinter or Cargo Van
• Be a US citizen, resident, green card holder, or work-authorized
• Be at least 21 years old
• Speak, understand, and read basic English

Responsibilities

• Manage loads and dispatches through Victoria Logistics Carrier
• Maintain vehicle compliance and safety equipment
• Negotiate rates with dispatchers
• Ensure timely payments and documentation
