Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices seeks drivers for long-haul OTR refrigerated trucking across the 48 states. The role offers owner-operator, lease-purchase, and company driver options with a 70% linehaul revenue share and 100% fuel surcharge passthrough.

Expect 2,300–2,500+ miles weekly, no touch freight, and 3–4 weeks out with five home days monthly. Requirements include 3 months of 53' tractor-trailer OTR experience within the last year, and preference for Kenworth T680 equipment with modern features.

Qualifications

• Must Have 3 months 53' Tractor Trailer OTR experience in last 6 months or 6 months exp in the last year
• Not counting school, Straight Truck, Garbage Truck, Dump Truck experience
• 70% of Linehaul Revenue: Maximize your business' earning potential with a percentage-based pay structure
• Receive 100% of any fuel surcharges paid for shipments hauled
• No Forced Dispatch: You make the decision that's best for your business
• Paid Base Plates & Permits
• O/O Truck must be 10 years or newer & have all paperwork or lease purchase
• Lease Purchase Options
• 2022-2024 Kentworth T680
• $750-$800 weekly payments
• .07-.08cpm
• 260 Week buyout at end of lease
• 3-4 weeks out. 5 Days Home each month!
