Transporting Logistics is seeking owner-operators to join a large freight network while retaining control of their own business. You’ll run your own routes with a flexible dispatcher setup and a robust pay structure designed to reward efficiency.

Earn substantial weekly gross through multiple plan options, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Drive a 53' trailer, bring your own truck home, and operate with minimal forced dispatch.

Qualifications

• 3 months trucking experience.

Responsibilities

• Zero Forced Dispatch: you pick loads and routes; use driver app to line up up to 4 loads ahead (3 pre-plans and 1 active dispatch).
• Flexible pay: paid every Friday; Plan A (65% line haul + 100% fuel surcharge) or Plan B (70% all-in rate); extra for trailer searches.
• The setup: pull a 53' box trailer with your sleeper conventional; take your truck home with pets and family.
