Job summary

EM Way is seeking Owner Operators (solo or team) with CDL A to lease or work on a self-dispatch basis. Rentals for trailers (van, flatbed, step-deck) are available, and drivers can earn 80–98% of the gross depending on plan. No forced dispatch and support from experienced staff help manage freight and rates.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A license.
• Sleeper truck or willingness to rent a Ryder truck through EM Way (no lease purchases).
• Must own a trailer or be willing to rent a trailer from EM Way (van, flatbed or step-deck).
• Must purchase your own tags (IRP).
• Must have 2 years verifiable experience for the lanes you want to run.
• No Local freight.
• No SAP Drivers.

Responsibilities

• Self-dispatch or have our trained staff handle dispatch (non-forced).
• We provide copies of all customer rate sheets as proof of agreed rates.
• Utilize fuel discount app and select the best savings to reduce fuel costs.
• Support staff responds rapidly and professionally to freight-related issues.
• Safety staff work for the drivers to support operations.
