Job summary

Empire National Inc., based in Fletcher, NC, is seeking owner-operators to join our interstate freight network. Operate your own van or small straight truck and choose loads locally, regionally, or OTR, with flexible, fully paid rates and no forced dispatch.

We offer weekly ACH pay, 24/7 support, and transparent communication. Valid US license and appropriate insurance are required to qualify, with passport/Green Card for Canada availability.

Qualifications

• Must own a Cargo/Sprinter Van or Small Straight Truck under 10,000 lbs gross weight.
• Inside dimensions minimum: 120x50x50 inches.
• Vehicle 2015 or newer, good condition, no stickers.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Commercial insurance: $1,000,000 Auto Liability, $100,000 Motor Cargo ($1,000 deductible).
• Passport and Green Card (Canada availability required).
• We are not accepting operators with active USDOT or authorized MC numbers.
