Job summary

Dino’s Trucking, Inc. is seeking an Owner Operator to operate your own truck within our freight network. You will receive dispatch support, back-office resources, and a driver-friendly partnership model focused on safety, on-time delivery, and brand integrity.

Expect competitive pay with regional/local/OTR options, access to fuel cards, maintenance discounts, and 24/7 dispatch support. Home weekends and no forced dispatch are available for a balanced schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• At least 3 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience pref.
• Own truck in good working condition (meets safety standards).
• Clean MVR and PSP record (limited violations considered).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Operate as an independent business entity (1099 contractor).

Responsibilities

• Transport freight safely and efficiently under Dino’s Trucking DOT authority.
• Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations, HOS rules, and all applicable laws.
• Maintain accurate trip logs, BOLs, and paperwork related to each load.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding load status, delivery times, and any issues.
• Submit necessary paperwork (PODs, lumper receipts, etc.) promptly for payment processing.
• Maintain your truck in good operating condition and ensure all required inspections are up to date.
• Represent Dino’s Trucking professionally at customer sites and on the road.
