Tennessee Steel Haulers Inc. seeks owner operators who want control over their freight, schedule and earnings. This flatbed operation offers no forced dispatch, weekly home time in most areas, and fast pay with same-day settlements.

Book quality customer freight, earn 75% of linehaul plus 100% fuel surcharge, tarping pay, stop pay and detention pay. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is available for a limited time and support from a dedicated driver team helps you succeed.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more OTR driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Lease Purchase: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience required.
• Owner Operators: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Drivers in the SAP program within the last 5 years are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Book loads and select freight without forced dispatch.
• Earn 75% of linehaul plus 100% fuel surcharge, tarping, stop and detention pay.
