Tennessee Steel Haulers Inc. is seeking owner-operators to join our flatbed trucking team. You will control the freight you haul, set your schedule, and earn by driving high-demand lanes with top pay structures.

We offer a 75% linehaul share, 100% fuel surcharge, additional tarping, stop, and detention pays, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for a limited time. Enjoy fast pay and steady home time in many areas.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license.
• 1 year or more OTR driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Lease Purchase: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience required.
• Owner Operators: 6 months or more Flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Drivers in the SAP program within the last 5 years are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Drive and secure flatbed freight across designated lanes.
• Manage timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining safety standards.
• Coordinate with dispatch to optimize loads and routes.
