Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license required.
• 1 year or more OTR driving experience within the past 3 years.
• Lease Purchase: 6 months+ Flatbed driving experience required.
• Owner Operators: 6 months+ Flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Drivers in the SAP program within the last 5 years are not eligible.

Responsibilities

• Book freight you want and manage the runs that fit your operation.
• Earn 75% of linehaul plus 100% fuel surcharge and other pays.
• No forced dispatch; choose from flatbed lanes.
• Weekly home time in most areas; maintain earnings balance.
