Job summary

Planes is seeking reliable Independent Contractors with their own 26'+ box truck to support our growing final mile delivery operation in Cincinnati, OH. Deliver and assemble mattresses, cabinets, and other large household items directly to customers' homes, completing about 12-14 deliveries per day with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• Owns a 26'+ box truck in good working condition.
• Has a valid driver’s license.
• Provides proof of commercial auto insurance.
• Has previous final mile delivery experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional and self-motivated with ability to manage daily routes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and assemble mattresses, cabinets, and large items to customers.
• Complete 12–14 deliveries per day.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every delivery.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse staff and customers.
• Ensure products are delivered safely and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle.
• Follow delivery schedules and service expectations.
• Lift and assemble heavy products as required.
