You’ll drive safely across designated routes and contribute to reliable service for our customers. We offer a generous pay structure with gross weekly earnings of $3,500–$4,000, a top revenue split up to 72%, no forced dispatch, and a comprehensive support network including

Qualifications

• 6 months or more of tractor trailer experience in the last year.
• CDL A license is required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT Compliant 2005 or newer tractor.
• Clean driving record with proven safe-driving history.
• No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Pass physical/drug screen.
• Criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Home Daily operations and timely freight delivery.
• Maintain safe driving and high service quality on designated routes.
• Participate in a revenue-sharing model with top earnings up to 72%.
• Work week runs Sunday to Saturday with pay settlements the following Friday.
• Adhere to non-forced-dispatch and light-touch freight requirements.
