Job summary

R.A.S. Logistics is seeking Independent Contractors who own or lease a cargo van (minimum 10 ft) to support pickup and delivery of bulky construction materials in Farmington Hills, MI. You will operate your own vehicle, pass a background check, and maintain safe delivery records.

Weekly pay is offered; candidates should have strong customer service skills and be able to lift and move heavy items while adhering to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must own or lease a cargo van (minimum 10 ft) such as Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, Mercedes Sprinter
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
• Proven delivery driving experience with safety and professionalism
• Experience operating cargo vans and ability to lift/move heavy items
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operate your cargo van to complete scheduled pickups and deliveries
• Load, secure, and unload materials—primarily construction materials
• Ensure items are handled and transported with care
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and recipients
• Maintain accurate delivery records via mobile apps or paper logs
• Follow all safety and transportation guidelines
