Job summary

Alfa Freight in Tempe, AZ is seeking serious owner-operators to partner as independent contractors and grow with our team. You can work under our authority or under yours, and new MCs are welcome to join the network.

Our offer includes weekly gross earnings of $6,000 to $8,000 for solo runs, a fuel card program with 30 cents per gallon, and bonuses for sign-on and clean DOT inspections. We provide on-site orientation and 2-day hiring, with 24/7 safety & ELD support and bi-weekly home time.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable OTR experience.
• No SAP / No more than 1 moving violation in past 2 years.
• Truck 24' or 26' box, older than 2015 not allowed.
