Job summary

Hub Group Final Mile is seeking an Owner Operator/Independent Service Provider Driving Team for appliance delivery routes with basic hookup. Appliances include refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, washers, and more. You must own a 26' box truck with a lift gate and operate as a two-person team.

Expect weekly settlements and home daily routes with gross earnings of $4,000 per week per truck. Contractors must have a valid license and FMCSA/DOT credentials.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Active MC Operating Authority and DOT number with FMCSA.
• Must own, rent or lease a 26' box truck with a lift gate.
• Personal set of tools.
• Professional experience as an Appliance Installer or willingness to learn the trade.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate delivery including installation of appliances.
• Select and use basic tools to assemble, adjust, and install various appliances.
• Follow complex installation instructions per manufacturer specifications to complete installation of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Stoves, etc.
• Maneuver items with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Provide a two-person delivery team.
