Qualifications

• Must have an active NMLS license in at least one state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a producing Mortgage Loan Officer.
• Experience in purchase-focused production.

Responsibilities

• Originate residential mortgages using the Mortgage Marketplace and correspondent options.
• Structure loans with a variety of products and options.
• Build relationships with real estate agents and financial professionals.
