KCI Construction is seeking a Civil/DOT Project Manager to lead heavy civil and infrastructure work in the Springfield, Missouri region. You’ll manage project performance, safety, and schedules, partnering with superintendents to keep work moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy civil, DOT, roadway, bridge, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and teamwork with field teams, clients, and partners.
• Proven problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Clear, confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, schedule, and overall project success.
• Partner with Superintendents to keep work moving safely and efficiently.
• Track costs, forecast performance, and manage owner billings.
• Keep projects on track—align crews, subs, and materials with DOT timelines.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation.
• Work through design and field challenges with engineers and partners.
• Be a trusted point of contact for owners, engineers, and project teams.
