Platinum Dental Services is seeking an Owner Dentist (DDS/DMD) to step into leadership and equity ownership, backed by dedicated business support and profit-sharing opportunities. You will lead clinical care and guide your team toward exceptional patient outcomes while building long-term value.

In this on-site role in Utah, you’ll shape practice culture, manage growth, collaborate with operations, and participate in ongoing CE and mentorship programs as you pursue ownership and financial success.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program.
• Active dental license in the state of practice or licensure eligibility.
• Strong clinical skills with commitment to patient care.
• Leadership mindset with ability to guide and develop a team.
• Interest in practice ownership, business growth, and long-term financial success.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical teams and operational leadership.
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered dentistry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to continue learning.
• Prior leadership or practice management experience preferred.
