Job summary

The Esthetic Institute in Stafford, VA is seeking a talented, licensed Permanent Makeup Artist to join our luxury studio. You will perform PMU services, consult with clients, and maintain detailed client records to ensure exceptional results.

This role offers flexible scheduling, established brand support, and access to high-end clientele in a premium environment. All supplies provided or bring your own clientele; a strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Permanent Cosmetic Tattooer in Virginia is required.
• Strong portfolio showing healed PMU results is essential.
• Knowledge of sanitation, BBP safety, and CPR is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMU services including powder/ombre brows, nano brows, combo brows, lip blush, eyeliner.
• Maintain sanitation, BBP safety, sterile setup and proper waste disposal.
• Provide consultations, service recommendations, and post-care instructions; maintain client records.
• Uphold studio standards, professionalism, and service quality; take Before/After photos.
• Create social media content and assist with marketing; manage client communications and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMU services including powder brows/ ombre brows, nano brows, combo brows, lip blush, eyeliner
• Ensure consistent sanitation and safety standards (BBP, sterile setup, proper waste disposal)
• Provide consultations, service recommendations, and post-care instructions
• Maintain detailed client records and consent forms
• Uphold studio standard, professionalism, and service standards
• Take high quality Before and After Images
• Create social media content
• Marketing assistanceRN

Requirements

• Valid Virginia Permanent Cosmetic Tattooer License
• Strong portfolio including healed results
• Knowledge of sanitation, BBP safety, CPR
