Responsibilities include managing daily store operations, leading a team, buying and merchandising, and engaging with the local community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ retail store Management or multi-unit restaurant management experience.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for retail and customer service.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and develop a team.
• Business acumen, including financial and operational management experience.
• Willingness to relocate and commit to the full training and onboarding process.
• A drive for success and the ability to work independently while leveraging the Grocery Outlet network.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, compliance, and profitability.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and training to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage buying and merchandising to meet local community needs.
• Engage with the community and support local causes consistent with company values.
• Maintain financial performance, including sales, margins, and expenses.
• Create an inviting, well-stocked store with excellent customer experience.
• Operate with autonomy while leveraging corporate support when needed.
• Earn commission-based income with uncapped earning potential.
