Plunkett's Pest Control, Inc. seeks a Service Technician to manage your own Brainerd-area route, delivering pest control services and building lasting client relationships. You will set your schedule and grow your route with uncapped incentives, supported by a team and extensive training.

Training pay is $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and ongoing licensing support. This is a full-time role in a family-owned business with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Comfortable talking with customers and selling services.
• Self-starter who thrives working independently.
• Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
• Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions.
• Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
