Qualifications

• Board-certified physicians with a focus on preventive, patient-centered care.
• Active medical license or eligibility to obtain in Pennsylvania.
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred (5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to an established patient panel within a MDVIP-affiliated practice.
• Lead preventative care and personalized wellness for patients.
• Participate in ownership and practice leadership discussions.
