MDVIP is offering a rare opportunity to step into an established primary care practice in Northern Palm Beach County, FL. You will inherit a patient panel and lead an autonomous, patient-centered practice with the backing of a national physician network.

Ideal candidates are board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, hold an active license, and bring 5+ years of outpatient experience with a drive for ownership and long-term leadership focused on preventive care.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
• A passion for patient-centered, preventive care.
• Outpatient primary care experience (5+ years preferred).
• Interest in ownership and long-term practice leadership.
• Commitment to community, legacy, and lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acquire a well-established practice with a loyal patient base that’s built on years of trust.
• See 8-10 patients per day, with longer appointments designed for personal preventive care.
• Preventive, personalized medicine—focus on wellness, prevention, and meaningful relationships rather than volume-based care.
• Autonomy with support—lead independently while tapping into MDVIP’s national physician network.
