You'll see 8–10 patients daily with longer visits, focus on wellness and lasting relationships, and lead a thriving team while maintaining work-life balance and community impact.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active medical license or eligible to obtain.
• 5+ years outpatient primary care experience preferred.
• Interest in ownership and long-term practice leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead an established MDVIP-affiliated primary care practice with autonomy.
• Provide preventive, personalized care with longer patient visits.
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships and community presence.
• Collaborate with MDVIP's national physician network for resources and support.
