Job summary

gpac is seeking an Arizona-licensed NP or PA to lead a new hormone replacement therapy practice at a Tucson medspa. You’ll start with an established client base within a national aesthetics group and build the HRT service line from the ground up.

You will perform assessments, order labs, interpret results, craft treatment plans, and manage injectables and advanced aesthetics while growing the practice with ongoing support and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona NP or PA license (or eligible) with DEA or ability to obtain it.
• HRT or hormone optimization experience; injectables/ aesthetics experience a plus.
• Strong ability to work independently and build a practice.

Responsibilities

• Build the HRT service line from the ground up, including protocols and patient experience.
• Run hormone assessments, order/interpret labs, and write treatment plans and prescriptions.
• Educate patients and monitor progress over time.
