Alpaca provides infrastructure including payer contracting, technology, billing, credentialing, and administrative support to help you launch and scale your practice.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification must be in good standing.
• Active LBA license where required.
• Experience providing ABA services with clients and families.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to clients and families.
• Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to your team as your practice grows.
