Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service, assist with member sign-ups and account management, follow pricing policies.
• Wash Station Service: follow safety procedures, prep vehicles, operate wash equipment safely, communicate issues.
• Convenience Station: engage customers, manage member accounts, maintain cleanliness and inventory, assist with reviews.
• General Duties: open/close duties, maintain tunnel and towels, ensure a clean, safe site.
