This role offers unlimited earning potential with a 100% incentive-based compensation structure and includes a $20,000 agency launch bonus. Candidates must have or be willing to obtain insurance licenses and demonstrate a commitment to building a successful agency that serves AAA members.

Qualifications

• Must possess Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses (preferred).
• Must demonstrate proof of $75K investable capital.
• Willingness to undergo training and meet learning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a multi-line insurance agency.
• Sell insurance products and AAA memberships.
• Provide support and services to AAA members.
