Job summary

AAA - The Auto Club Group is seeking ambitious individuals to become entrepreneurial Agency Owners, launching fully compliant AAA-branded agencies. The program offers a competitive, incentive-based compensation structure with ongoing support, training, and resources to build a profitable multi-line insurance business.

You’ll sell AAA memberships, property & casualty, life insurance, and other related products, with a plan that includes a detailed deployment and capital requirements to start.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing recommended but not required.
• Willingness to obtain licenses and invest capital in your own AAA-branded agency.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow an insurance agency serving AAA Members with multi-line offerings.
• Sell property & casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships, plus brokered products where available.
• Manage business planning, operations, and staffing with AAA support and training.
