Job summary

Brandshopper is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials handling in our Bath, PA facility. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliability.

You will build pallets, perform cycle counts, operate a cherry picker, and assist with packing and shipping. The position runs Monday through Friday from 10:30am to 7pm, with physical tasks including lifting up to 49 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or materials handling preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment is desirable.
• Experience with order picking and using warehouse equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble pallets for shipping with accurate order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory with regular counts and updates.
• Move inventory using a cherry picker.
• Fabricate or assemble products per specific orders.
• Perform order picking to ensure correct items for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by handling various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials handling. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.

Duties

• Build and assemble pallets for shipping, maintaining accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory by performing regular counts and updates to ensure stock levels are accurate.
• Maneuver a Cherry Picker to move overstock and inventory
• Fabricate or assemble products as needed based on specific orders or requirements.
• Conduct order picking tasks efficiently, ensuring that all items are correctly selected for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods of time and able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Regularly push, pull, squat, bend, twist, grab and reach
• Monday through Friday 10:30am- 7PM

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations or materials handling is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
