Job summary

Explore Industries USA, Inc. in New Braunfels, TX is seeking an experienced CDL-A Driver with oversize load experience to join our team. You will deliver fiberglass pools, spas, and related equipment across Texas, with the company providing the truck, equipment, and back-office support for safe, on-time deliveries.

You can expect 4–5 days per week, limited overnight stays, meal per diem, and covered hotel and fuel costs, with earnings in the advertised range.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted Class A CDL held for 2+ years (able to drive both automatic and manual transmissions).
• 6 months+ oversize/over-dimensional load experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening and DOT physical.
• TWIC card and unexpired passport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport and deliver oversize fiberglass pools, spas, and pool equipment.
• Comply with driving rules, route designations, and company policies.
• Maintain DOT documentation (ELD or written) for work/rest and mileage.
• Collect and file delivery records in hard and electronic formats.
• Assist in route planning and work with dispatch, pilot cars, dealers, and customers.
• Maneuver vehicles into loading/unloading positions; assist with loading/unloading.
• Provide in-transit communication with dispatch, pilot cars, and police escorts.
• Perform refueling, cleaning, maintenance, and daily vehicle inspections.
• Report defects or incidents promptly; participate in post-incident procedures.
• Attend periodic training, including onboarding at our Tennessee facility.
