Job summary

RQ Construction, LLC seeks a Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) for a major ambulatory care center and dental clinic project. You will join our Field Operations team on site in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, implementing a project QC program and ensuring contract compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction and 2+ years as QC Manager on large projects; USACE CQM certification is required, with preferred RMS/QCS and LEED experience.

Qualifications

• A graduate of a four-year accredited college or university program (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or similar).
• 5+ years combined experience in commercial construction as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.
• At least 2 years direct experience as QC Manager on large-scale hospital-type projects.
• Current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate required; RMS/QCS training preferred.
• Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired; Medical Facilities experience preferred.
• LEED AP, AP+ or GA preferred.
• EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications required (training provided).
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook, Internet) required; Viewpoint/Vista, RMS/QCS preferred.

• Complete administrative documentation on time and accurately.
