Job summary

TDX Global, LLC is seeking an Electrician to join our remote overseas facility in Qatar, supporting diesel engine powered power plants and facility power distribution. You will perform installation, maintenance, and operation of power distribution equipment, record precise log entries, and draft reports for management.

Candidates must hold a current Electrical Journeyman license, high school diploma, knowledge of NEC/IEEE safety rules, and be eligible for DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Current state electrical journeyman license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with installation and repair of medium/low voltage systems.
• DoD Secret or Interim Secret security clearance required.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a diesel engine driven power plant and distribution system at a remote overseas facility.
• Make logbook entries and draft reports for management.
• Install, service, maintain, repair, and operate power distribution equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults and monitor power plant operation.
• Ensure NEC/IEEE compliance and uphold safety practices.
• Support on-call schedule and extended hours as required.
• Assist power plant technicians with maintenance tasks.
