Job summary

GCI is seeking an Expert-level Technical targeter to plan, execute, and coordinate cyber projects. You will work independently to support cyber programs, advising stakeholders on actions and implementing cyber solutions. A US Citizen with an active TS/SCI clearance and Polygraph is required.

The role involves extended deployment overseas on a set cycle with pre- and post-deployment phases, demanding long hours and high engagement during deployments, while offering mission-critical impact.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience in cyber operations or related fields.
• Expert-level cyber targeting experience and ability to advise stakeholders.
• Experience with offensive and defensive cyber concepts and methods.
• Ability to explain technical solutions to audiences with varying technical understanding.
• Proven ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of regulations and governance affecting projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct technical cyber projects, demonstrating subject matter expertise.
• Advise stakeholders and guide through successful project implementation.
• Produce written evaluations and project reports as requested.
• Create, edit, and deploy strategic communications products.
• Show initiative and generate targeting solutions.
• Data triage and process shaping to ensure successful deployment.
