Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline (3.0 GPA or above preferred).
• Interest in international construction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a field‑based construction environment.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to obtain a military base access if hired.
• Ability to operate motor vehicle and maintain a clean driving record.
• Interest in pursuing a full‑time construction career supporting domestic and international projects after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager, Superintendent, and Quality Control staff with daily construction operations.
• Assist with field inspections and project documentation.
• Attend client and subcontractor meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Support project tracking, reporting, and schedule updates.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and site logistics.
• Help maintain project records and electronic filing systems.
• Monitor adherence to project safety and quality requirements.
