Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one pediatric home health care in Denver, CO and surrounding areas. Pay range is $35-$38/hour with 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available, covering days, nights, and weekends.

The role focuses on assessments, medication administration, and family education, with opportunities for training and professional development in a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Colorado.
• Experience in pediatric or home health care is preferred.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled registered nursing care in patients' home health settings.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Deliver care per physician orders and plan of care.
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families to support improved outcomes.
• Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care.
• Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.

What You’ll Do

• Experience with high-acuity care (trach, vent, G-tube)
